Spondeo is Latin for I promise.
I got it tattooed on my left forearm.
I got it as a promise to mom to take care of myself mentally, physically and spiritually.
I hope I can keep the promise.
It weighs heavy when I think about it.
Maybe with time it won't be so difficult to breathe.
